Cocktails and Hors d’oeuvres at 6:00 PM Dinner & Awards at 7:00 PM

10/4/24 The 2024 NEMA
Banquet is officially scheduled - let's get ready to party! We will
be returning to Whites of Westport in the Ballroom which is the same
as years past. The date is February 1st with cocktail hour beginning
at 6pm. As always, we will be having a prestigious special guest -
announcement coming soon - and word is our anonymous sponsor is
willing to do open bar at cocktail hour again!
Here is what else you need to know:
1) We will be doing a backdrop
banner and once again are asking all teams and/or sponsors to
please participate. (See 2023 banner below) Costs
are the same as last year: $200 for a logo or $100 for just your
team name. Email

2) Banquet Tickets are
$60 (Under 12 is $30). RSVP Form and print PDF here.
Copies will be
available THIS WEEKEND at the Lee USA Oktoberfest race. The deadline for return and payment is
January 1st - so please get them in before then.
3) We have reserved a block of
rooms at the
Hampton Inn for those staying over. The rooms are $129
plus taxes if reserved by December 30th. Group name is "Northeastern
Midget Association Awards Banquet". Hampton link for online discount
reservations will be sent out next week.
4) If you cannot attend the Banquet and would like to
purchase your 2024 awards please

by Decemebr 30th at the absolute latest!
5) We are also looking for some
cool items/baskets to be raffled off.
Please see flyer below - items can be brought to
the last few races and given to Erica Coutu, NEMA LITES #53. We are asking everyone
to at least provide a scratch ticket...or two :). The Captain will
also be doing his annual 50/50, so come prepared to win so $$$!
